Berkeley PR seeks two bright stars to join its professional and friendly team.

PR account manager – At least three years’ experience in PR is required, with at least 6 months served at account manager level in an agency. Must be able to manage junior team members effectively in delivering the daily requirements of the PR programme, offer considered and mature consultancy to clients, and support account directors in growing and maintaining successful client relationships.

PR account director – A highly experienced PR professional is required with at least 6 months served at account director level in an agency environment. Must be a strategic thinker and planner, with proven ability to inspire and lead the account team and quickly secure client confidence and trust. Commercially-aware, the account director will not only ensure each account is profitable but seek to maximise all opportunities to increase client fee. The successful candidate will participate in all aspects of new business development, including lead generation, credentials and pitch meetings.

Candidates without technology experience will be considered providing they can demonstrate clear and logical thinking and a level of interest in the subject.

A rewarding salary is commensurate with experience, in addition to a car allowance and annual profit share bonus scheme.
